CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a global leader in integrated facilities management, supporting some of the world’s most dynamic organisations. We’re now seeking a Lead Contract Support professional to play a key role in the commercial and financial performance of a flagship client account based in Leeds.
The Role
As Lead Contract Support, you’ll sit at the centre of contract delivery, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting and full contractual compliance. Working closely with operational teams, central finance and the client, you’ll bring structure, insight and consistency to all commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all operational and financial support for the contract Manage the contract support team Produce forecasts, valuations, month‑end and client finance reports Manage purchase orders, invoicing, billing and contract escalations (SAP Ariba) Maintain clear, auditable records across invoices, timesheets and materials Run aged debt reports and work with clients to resolve billing queries Coordinate quotations, subcontractors and material ordering Ensure accurate timesheet collation and data quality Support portfolio reviews, planning and compliance documentation Assist with training, process improvement and team support

Proven experience in contract administration Experience managing people and sub-contractors Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to manage competing priorities Confident communicator with a strong customer‑service mindset Professional, reliable and calm under pressure Flexible to support business needs outside core hours where required
