Our London-founded team of 40 brings together creative, design and production talent at the cutting edge of experiential.

The Role

We're looking for a bold, strategic Creative Lead to spearhead conceptual and visual direction across high-end experiential events, installations, content and exhibitions within the luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle space.

Reporting to the Head of Creative, you'll blend strategic thinking with exceptional creative execution — guiding a multidisciplinary team to produce work that is emotionally resonant, culturally relevant and flawlessly crafted. You'll be the creative voice in client conversations and a mentor to the wider team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the development of compelling creative concepts across experiential, content, installations, events and exhibitions
  • Translating brand strategy and client briefs into visually arresting, elevated creative work
  • Pitching ideas confidently to senior clients and stakeholders with clarity and authority
  • Mentoring and inspiring internal team members and external collaborators throughout the creative process
  • Collaborating with producers to ensure seamless execution within time and budget
  • Upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship, innovation and brand alignment
  • Staying ahead of cultural, design, fashion and technology trends to keep the agency's work on the cutting edge

About You

  • 8+ years' creative experience, with a strong track record in luxury, fashion or lifestyle sectors
  • Exceptional art direction skills — a genuine eye for visual storytelling, typography and design
  • Conceptual thinker who can turn abstract ideas into tangible, beautiful creative solutions
  • 360° experiential thinking with strategic insight
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, VectorWorks and/or CAD software; experience across print, digital, film and experiential
  • Experience in 3D software and rendering is a bonus
  • Degree-educated or equivalent; positive, adaptable and able to thrive under pressure
