Lead Analyst (Advanced Analytics)
£60k base + 10-20% bonus
Hybrid in London – 2 days per week in the office

I’m working with a well-established organisation to hire a Lead Analyst into a high-impact analytics function. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end analytics delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders and applying advanced analytical techniques to real business problems.

The role
- Own analytics projects end-to-end, from scoping through to delivery
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Work across a modern stack (SQL, Power BI, Python)
- Apply advanced analytics techniques including predictive modelling, segmentation, and scenario analysis
- Contribute to building self-serve analytics capability and best practice frameworks
- Support and mentor analysts to improve technical capability and delivery
What they’re looking for
- Strong experience in a Senior / Lead Analyst role with ownership of delivery
- Advanced SQL skills working with large, complex datasets
- Experience using Python for analysis and modelling
- Strong Power BI / data visualisation capability (including DAX)
- Good understanding of advanced analytics techniques (regression, clustering, classification, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to communicate to non-technical audiences
- Commercial mindset — able to link analytics work to business impact
