About the Role We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to partner closely with operational teams, driving data-driven decisions that support our fast-growing product. You’ll help scale and optimise operations — from customer support and identity verification to detecting criminal activity.

- Develop and refine strategic forecasting models to align with business growth and operational demands.
- Own analytical processes to optimise team scalability.

Data Pipeline Ownership
- Ensure reliable and accurate data flow via the pipelines you oversee.
- Collaborate on data improvements across forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations.

Predictive Modeling & Cause Analysis
- Build predictive models to identify key performance drivers.
- Conduct cause-and-effect analysis to optimise processes and improve strategic decisions.

Strategic Operational Analysis
- Assess the health of the FinCrime function and provide deep insights into cost and KPI impacts.
- Analyse customer experience metrics (including quality) to drive operational improvements.

Performance & Initiative Optimisation
- Track, measure, and refine the performance of critical strategic initiatives.
- Uncover opportunities for optimisation to enhance impact.

KPI & Target Framework
- Lead the development and implementation of the Operation KPI tree and target-setting framework.
- Embed these in reporting pipelines to guide decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Standardisation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including operational leads, workforce management, training, and knowledge teams) to standardise processes and foster continuous improvement.
- Support strategical alignment between forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations.
