About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join the Wise Platform Pricing Analytics team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing the pricing models and P&L analysis for Wise Platform, which extends Wise’s reach and low-cost solutions to our business partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying strategic pricing and cost challenges, leading in-depth investigations into complex data sets, and providing actionable insights to support the growth and profitability of the platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence pricing strategies, enhance data quality, and contribute to the financial sustainability of Wise’s innovative platform solutions. Advanced proficiency in SQL is essential for building and maintaining sophisticated data sources, alongside experience with data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively. Familiarity with dbt and robust data modeling techniques is required, including the ability to manage complex dbt projects and develop reusable, scalable data assets. Strong stakeholder management skills are vital, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and influence decision-making processes. Experience in pricing, especially B2B pricing, and familiarity with fintech or financial services sectors are advantageous. Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including Python and statistical modeling, would be a plus but is not mandatory.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
