The Role

Digital Transformation Consulting (DTC) is seeking an experienced Lead Data Consultant to join the Insight practice, a fast-growing and strategically important capability within Atos UK Consulting.

This is a consulting-led role for a senior data professional who advises at C-suite and senior stakeholder level and solves complex business problems through modern, future-ready data and AI architectures.

The Opportunity

You will be passionate about transforming how organisations operate through the intelligent use of data and insight. You are an experienced, inquisitive problem-solver who thrives on complex challenges and is comfortable working across multiple sectors. Strong consulting and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders, shape requirements, and present recommendations and designs with clarity and credibility.

You will bring a strong background in data strategy and data governance, with proven experience designing and architecting modern data platforms, including cloud-native, scalable Big Data and advanced analytics architectures. You stay current with emerging trends and technologies across data, analytics, and AI, and have a personal interest in analytics and evolving analytics offerings.

Additional Requirements:

  • UK mobility with regular client-site engagement
  • Security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain higher clearance
  • Experience working in public sector environments
  • Architecture frameworks and professional accreditation (e.g. TOGAF)
  • Familiarity with industry data standards or regulated environments
