About the Company
We're working with an early-stage AI company building the operating system for modern property management. Their AI platform is already live across 14,000+ units, automating communications, compliance, maintenance and operations, with plans to become the category-defining platform in the space.

Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in Data Engineering or Backend Engineering
- Strong Python and experience building scalable data pipelines and distributed systems
- Experience with PostgreSQL, NoSQL and vector databases (Qdrant, Milvus or pgvector)
- Knowledge of Spark, Airflow, Kafka or Elasticsearch/OpenSearch is highly desirable
- Experience with AI/ML platforms or high-growth startups is a bonus

Role
As the first senior data hire, you'll own the data architecture, build the infrastructure powering AI products, and help shape the future data engineering team.
