As a Data Scientist (Lead / Principal), you’ll work on projects that directly impact patient care and system efficiency. Recent work includes predictive analytics for fall prevention, combining structured data and clinical notes to trigger early interventions and reduce hospital admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy data science, ML and NLP models for healthcare and social care use cases
- Work with structured data and unstructured clinical datasets
- Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Translate modelling outputs into measurable outcomes (e.g. reduced admissions, improved care pathways)

Key Details
- Salary: £80,000 - £125,000
- Working model: On-site 3+ days/week with healthcare clients across England
- Tech stack: Python, NLP libraries, MLflow, Databricks, Azure, simulation tools
