Lead Dayforce Consultant | Solution Oversight Remote (UK) Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + Package

Our client is a leading HCM consultancy and implementation partner supporting customers through complex Dayforce transformation programmes.

The business has a strong pipeline and is continuing to grow its Dayforce delivery capability.

The culture is collaborative, pragmatic and delivery-focused. They value consultants who can work closely with customers, challenge constructively, solve problems calmly and help shape high-quality delivery standards.

The Role As a Lead Dayforce Consultant, you will directly impact the quality, consistency and success of Dayforce implementations across a range of customer programmes.

You will own: Lead full-suite Dayforce implementation activity across multiple modules, ensuring customers receive joined-up, practical and scalable solutions. Run workshops, support design sessions, guide customers through key decisions and provide credible advice across the Dayforce implementation lifecycle. Stay hands-on across configuration, solution design, discovery and troubleshooting while keeping sight of the wider end-to-end solution. Review design decisions, identify risks, support QA activity and help ensure implementations are delivered to a high standard. Lead module/workstream activity across Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Advanced Scheduling, Time & Attendance and wider Dayforce modules. Support complex customer issues, identify root causes and provide calm, practical guidance when projects need senior input. Help shape repeatable delivery approaches as the consultancy continues to scale its Dayforce capability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
