Lead Delivery Manager – Clinical Partners
Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s fastest growing mental health providers, and we’re scaling our technology function to match.
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Delivery Manager who can:
- Operate confidently at an organisational level
- Build credibility with senior stakeholders and lead complex initiatives that drive real impact
- Work closely with clinical and executive leaders to shape direction, align priorities, and ensure delivery is effective, understood, and championed across the organisation
Success in this role hinges as much on influence, engagement, and trust-building as it does on delivery expertise. You’ll contribute to building capability, improving systems, and coaching teams to achieve exceptional outcomes—setting standards for rapid experimentation, evidence-based roadmaps, and safe, frequent releases.
With a strong ownership mindset, you’ll lead by influence, clarity, and evidence, dismantling silos while keeping patients at the centre of every decision.
This primarily home-based role includes occasional travel to London for meetings and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex, multi-stream technology and digital initiatives, often spanning teams and disciplines
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders (including Clinical Directors and CMO level), acting as a credible, confident partner
- Shape and implement pragmatic, proportionate delivery approaches tailored to the organisation’s unique needs
- Create clarity in ambiguous environments, aligning stakeholders around priorities, plans, and outcomes
- Actively engage stakeholders throughout delivery—ensuring they understand the approach, remain aligned, and are included throughout the journey
- Communicate delivery plans and proposals in a clear, engaging, persuasive manner, adapting your style for different audiences
- Navigate challenge and resistance constructively, using influence to drive alignment and progress
- Coach and support teams to continuously improve delivery capability and ways of working

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
