Are you an experienced digital delivery leader with a passion for delivering user-centered services and building high-performing agile teams?
UK Export Finance (UKEF) is looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to play a key role in growing our digital capability, leading delivery across complex digital services, and championing agile ways of working across the organisation.
In this influential role, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams through discovery, alpha, beta, and live service phases, ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of digital products that meet user needs and government standards. You'll work closely with stakeholders across digital, policy, and operational teams, providing clear leadership, managing dependencies, and maintaining momentum across multiple services.
