Working Pattern
- Monday - Thursday: 8:45am - 5:30pm
- Friday: 7:45am - 5:00pm

We’re looking for a GDC Registered Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly team at Wellington. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about leading, supporting colleagues, and delivering outstanding patient care.

🦷 Your Role as Lead Dental Nurse
- Support the Practice Manager and clinicians in the day-to-day running of the practice
- Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team
- Ensure compliance with CQC and clinical governance standards
- Deliver exceptional chairside support and patient care
- Drive a positive, high-performing team culture
✅ What We’re Looking For
- GDC Registered Dental Nurse
- Previous experience in a senior or lead role (or ready to step up!)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for teamwork

Lead Dental Nurse Skills And Experience
- Confident leading a team
- GDC Registered
- Preferred Dentally experience
- Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits
- Oversee reception and staff rotas
- Update patient records
- Set up decontamination of instruments
- Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists
- Undertake some reception duties
- Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- Strong communication skills
- Provide excellent patient care
