Lead Creative Designer

Location: Shoreditch - Hybrid
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: Monday-Friday - 9:00am – 5:30pm

About the Role:

Are you a creative designer that lives and breathes the London city culture? We are looking for a stand-out, Senior-level Creative Designer/Lead Designer, that will lead by example, delivering outstanding creative work across digital, print and brand projects. You'll collaborate closely with the Creative Director to shape and execute creative concepts, solve complex design challenges, and uphold the highest standards of design. You'll also support the growth of the wider team by sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of high-quality and cutting-edge brand development and campaign work across multiple clients
  • Take ownership of creative projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage
  • Interpret and challenge briefs to deliver strategically strong, solution-focused creative outcomes across print and digital
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align creative output with client objectives and business goals
  • Champion best practices in design, branding, and storytelling while driving innovation within the studio
  • Support and help establish the new geographical growth of the agency’s Design Studio in London
  • Mentor, coach, and develop designers to raise overall team capability and creative standards

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in brand development, high-level concept thinking and multi-channel design work, with a portfolio that demonstrates that
  • Aspirational and driven, with a desire to push creative boundaries and elevate standards alongside the Creative Directors
  • Solution-focused, able to navigate challenges and deliver strong creative outcomes under pressure
  • An excellent communicator – both in presenting ideas and concepts, as well as project management and cross-department collaboration
  • Proven experience within a creative agency environment at either senior or managerial level
  • Proven experience leading projects and supporting or mentoring creative teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
