Software Development Team Lead

About You
You may currently be a Team Lead, Lead Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or an experienced developer ready to take the next step.
Our client would be excited to hear from candidates with experience in many of the following areas:
- Commercial software development experience using technologies such as C#, .NET, and modern web development frameworks.
- Experience building web applications, APIs, and scalable software solutions.
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Exposure to front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or modern frameworks.
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
- Familiarity with source control, testing practices, and modern development workflows.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading other software engineers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A passion for technology, continuous learning, and helping teams succeed.
