What impact will you have?
You’ll play a key role in delivering Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for Cognizant’s public sector customers, working closely with stakeholders, business analysts, delivery teams and technical specialists to shape solutions that are practical, scalable and aligned to client outcomes. This is a hands-on functional consulting role where you’ll lead conversations, challenge thinking, map business processes and help translate requirements into high-quality Microsoft Business Applications solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading discovery sessions, workshops and business process mapping activities with client stakeholders.
- Understanding business challenges and translating them into clear requirements, user stories, product backlogs and solution designs.
- Advising clients on how Dynamics 365 CE capabilities can support their operating model and future ambitions.
- Supporting fit-gap analysis, solution configuration, functional design and user expectation management across Agile delivery projects.
- Collaborating with developers, architects and delivery leads on data integration, migration, performance and implementation activities.
- Helping shape estimates, proposals and RFP or RFI responses for new Dynamics 365 opportunities.
- Supporting and guiding business analysts, agile teams and client stakeholders through delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong functional consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
- A confident client-facing style, with the ability to lead workshops and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience gathering requirements, refining backlogs, mapping processes and shaping functional designs in Agile environments.
- Good understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration, extensibility, data migration, integration considerations and performance optimisation.
- Experience working with delivery teams, business analysts, product owners or agile teams to move ideas through to implementation.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to support estimates, bids, proposals or pre-sales activity.
- Awareness of Microsoft Azure and DevOps delivery practices.

Nice to have
- Experience working in public sector or complex enterprise environments.
- Product ownership or product management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Power Platform or wider Microsoft Business Applications.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
