Due to our continued growth and increased demand, we are looking for a Lead Developer – LV Monitoring to join our Product & Engineering team.

About the Role
This key technical leadership position focuses on a specific product domain within EA Technology’s SaaS portfolio. As the Lead Developer for LV Monitoring, you will serve as the primary technical authority, guiding the architecture, codebase and long-term technical vision to align with product and engineering goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary technical authority for the LV Monitoring product, maintaining deep expertise in its architecture and codebase
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams delivering product enhancements and new features
- Actively contribute to product discovery, offering insights on feasibility, architecture, and implementation trade-offs
- Translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Lead the design and development of software components, services, and integrations
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI and advanced analytics to enhance product capabilities
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, architectural principles, and modern practices (CI/CD, testing)
- Drive strong CI/CD practices, automated testing, and code quality across development teams
- Align and coordinate technical delivery across internal and external teams to maintain consistency and quality
- Champion continuous improvement of the product’s maintainability, performance, and technical debt management
- Remain an active senior software developer, refining technical excellence

Requirements
Essential
- Strong software development experience using Microsoft stack (latest C#/.Net) for back-end and/or front-end (SPA, React or equivalent)
- Deep technical understanding of SaaS or cloud-based software systems
- Experience designing and evolving scalable, maintainable software architectures
- Proven ability to lead technical delivery within development teams
- Experience working in Agile or iterative environments
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing
- Capability to translate product requirements into technical designs
- Strong collaborative skills across Product Management, UX, and Engineering
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience

- Experience with telemetry-driven or connected-device platforms
- Background in analytics or data-intensive software systems
- Prior experience coordinating distributed or external development teams
- Knowledge of applying AI or advanced analytics within software products
- Industry expertise in utilities, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
