We're working with a leading global technology company that's looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer (iOS) to drive the evolution of its iOS CI/CD platform and lead a high-performing DevOps team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape DevOps strategy, improve automation and deployment pipelines, and help deliver high-quality mobile software at scale.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and mentoring an iOS DevOps team
- Owning and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Driving automation, infrastructure improvements, and platform reliability
- Working closely with iOS engineering teams to enhance the developer experience
- Defining DevOps best practices and technical strategy

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience leading engineering or DevOps teams
- Strong CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Python and Bash
- Containerisation experience (Docker/Podman)
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Ansible or similar)
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus or Loki
- Working knowledge of Xcode and Swift
- A strong understanding of security, infrastructure and software delivery best practices
