Lead DevSecOps Engineer / Elite Deep Tech Team/ London
A rapidly scaling deep tech company is looking for an exceptional Lead DevSecOps Engineer to help build the secure cloud infrastructure powering the next generation of AI, robotics, and autonomous systems.
This is a rare opportunity to join an elite engineering team solving some of the toughest technical challenges in software. You'll define the security and platform strategy for critical systems, work alongside world-class software engineers, and take ownership of infrastructure that operates in some of the most demanding environments imaginable.

What they're looking for:
- 6+ years' experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong experience securing cloud-native platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD
- Experience embedding DevSecOps practices across engineering teams
- Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, Rust, or similar
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline

Nice to have:
- Experience within safety-critical environments
- Familiarity with secure-by-design principles, threat modelling, OWASP, and Zero Trust architectures
- Experience supporting machine learning infrastructure or high-performance distributed systems
