Help Shape the Future of Cancer Care with GenesisCare

GenesisCare is opening a brand-new specialist cancer centre in Leeds, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Endoscopy Nurse to help establish a new diagnostic service from the ground up.

As Lead Diagnostic Nurse, you'll play a key role in developing high-quality endoscopy services, supporting innovative diagnostic pathways and delivering exceptional care for patients undergoing investigations for suspected cancer.

As Lead Diagnostic Nurse, you will provide expert clinical leadership across endoscopy services while supporting service development, clinical governance, and patient-centred care.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality endoscopy services
  • Support the development of new diagnostic pathways
  • Coordinate clinics and patient flow to maximise efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with JAG standards and clinical governance requirements
  • Mentor and develop nursing colleagues
  • Support service innovation and quality improvement initiatives
  • Deputise for the Matron when required
