Lead Digital Analyst (Decision Intelligence)

We’re looking for a Lead Digital Analyst (Decision Intelligence) to elevate our digital analytics capability from BAU reporting to a strategic, insight-led function. You’ll bridge the gap between data and commercial decision-making, ensuring analytical rigor drives commercial impact while pushing automation, AI, and measurement optimisation forward in the analytics function.
Our hybrid-first workplace is base in Leeds, where you’ll be in the office 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays). As your reward, you’ll enjoy:

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead advanced omni-channel analytics, driving decision intelligence through data
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations with executive storytelling
- Build data-driven dashboards, presentations, and executive-level insight packs

What You’ll Have
✅ Advanced SQL expertise, navigating large-scale datasets ✅ Hands-on experience with BigQuery/Snowflake (or similar cloud data platforms) ✅ Mastery of dashboarding & visualisation (Tableau, Looker Studio) ✅ AI/ML or predictive analytics applied in a commercial environment ✅ A data-to-insight mindset—able to simplify complexity into business value ✅ Knack for storytelling & presenting to senior leadership
