Lead Digital Analyst
🔍 Lead Digital Analyst (Decision Intelligence)
We’re searching for a Lead Digital Analyst to elevate our digital analytics function beyond routine reporting and business-as-usual (BAU) analysis. The role will bridge data excellence with strategic decision-making by ensuring data is effectively captured, understood, and utilised to drive commercial success.
About the Role
As the Lead Digital Analyst (Decision Intelligence), you will play a pivotal role in shaping how data informs key business decisions. You’ll connect technical data expertise with executive-level strategy, ensuring insights are clear, actionable, and commercially impactful while expanding capabilities in automation, AI, and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead advanced omni-channel analytics and insight initiatives, ensuring insights are strategic rather than transactional.
- Translate complex data and analysis into business-commercial insights—coding clear, concise recommendations for senior stakeholders and C-suite audiences.
- Develop high-quality dashboards, presentations, and insight reports that effectively communicate insights to strategic leaders.
- Build on automation, AI, predictive analytics, and data measurement optimisation work within the function.

Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in advanced SQL and handling large-scale datasets.
- Familiarity with BigQuery, Snowflake, or comparable cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong dashboarding and visualisation skills using tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics within a commercial setting.
- Sharp analytical mindset—transforming complex datasets into clear business insights.
- Exemplary storytelling and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-suite teams.
