Lead Digital Delivery Manager - Digital Services

6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Hybrid (London) | Circa £800 PD

Overview

We're looking for an experienced Lead Digital Delivery Manager to join a major greenfield technology programme delivering modern digital services and cloud-native platforms.

Working closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, Service Designers, and Software Engineers, you'll lead delivery across multiple Agile workstreams, ensuring teams remain aligned, dependencies are managed, and delivery remains focused on user outcomes. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring a high-trust individual who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, build strong relationships across technical and business stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile delivery across multiple digital product and platform workstreams.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, Service Designers, and Software Engineers to deliver high-quality digital services.
  • Own delivery plans, priorities, dependencies, and sprint goals.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove delivery blockers and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate internal product, engineering, and design teams alongside third-party delivery partners.
  • Provide clear delivery reporting and progress updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain backlogs, user stories, and delivery documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and Agile ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
