WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In Nike Direct Loss Prevention, we are focused on minimizing loss to Nike Direct while reducing our exposure to risk.
As our Lead Loss Prevention Manager based in London, you will play a meaningful role in acting as the Loss Prevention subject matter expert for our flagship store and other London stores. The nature of this role is grounded in leading retail loss prevention strategies and awareness programs to achieve financial and operational objectives.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Loss Prevention expert with a passion for driving results across multiple retail sites, as we work to deliver the future of Loss Prevention across Nike Direct! Are you ready for the challenge?
- Prior experience working in Loss Prevention with multi-site management.
- Thorough understanding of retail store systems (CCTV, EAS).
- Relevant certifications are preferred – CFI, CPP, LPC, Wicklander-Zulawski.
- Knowledge of local Security standards and policies and associated laws where applicable.
- Experienced in influencing leadership to drive results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentations, and an ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others within the work group.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, alongside the ability to get results across multilayered organizations with different partners.
- Travel within the area of responsibility up to 75%

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Working in partnership with the Territory Directors and Store Managers, you’ll act as a strategic and operational partner from a Loss Prevention perspective.
- Utilize your expertise to identify and mitigate business risk, champion the strategic objectives, contribute to the design of global programs and best practice, seek new opportunities for innovation, whilst delivering consistent results to set Loss Prevention KPIs.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all store teams and consumers, while serving as the primary response and coordination leader for Emergency Response.
- Identify, investigate, and close all cases of internal or external loss. Create and maintain partnerships with law enforcement and emergency management community leaders.
- Contribution to the delivery of the Leagues’ strategy and vision and organize resources to ensure customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, growth, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Execution of League and Geography strategies within assigned District.
- Implement and/or drive controls and programs that protect the brand, limit disruptions, reduce shrinkage, and other risks that inhibit profitability.
- Day-to-day management of local security guarding deployment and finance vendor payments.
