About The Role

As our Lead Editorial & Content Writer, you'll own the written voice of Reviva across our products and brands. You'll create engaging, evidence-based content that helps millions of users better understand their sleep, build healthier habits and get more from our technology.

From long-form articles and scientific explainers to lifecycle emails, in-app experiences and campaign messaging, you'll craft content that is clear, compelling and grounded in evidence.

You'll also play a key role in translating our growing body of research, clinical validation and peer-reviewed publications into engaging stories that strengthen the credibility of our products and position Reviva as a trusted leader in consumer sleep technology.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the editorial calendar across multiple brands.
  • Write high-quality editorial content for our apps, websites, blogs, newsletters, emails and other user touchpoints.
  • Research, write and edit evidence-based articles on sleep, wellbeing and related health topics, translating complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging content.
  • Work closely with the R&D teams to translate technical concepts into accessible content and help write for online and print publications, journals etc.
  • Help produce content for scientific publications, white papers, conference materials, thought leadership and media opportunities where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and design teams to ensure copy supports an intuitive and encouraging user experience.
  • Use insights from user behaviour and campaign performance to improve content over time.
  • Help guide users through key moments in their wellness journey, from first sign-up to long-term habit-building.
  • Contribute to brand voice guidelines, content frameworks, messaging pillars, and editorial standards.
  • Edit and improve existing content for clarity, tone, structure, readability, accuracy, and engagement.
  • Apply SEO best practices to blog and website content while keeping the writing natural and user-focused.
  • Support product launches with messaging and copy.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve content production.

What you'll bring

  • Experience translating complex scientific or technical subjects into engaging consumer-friendly content.
  • Strong editorial judgement with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and an interest in sleep, health, wellbeing or consumer technology.
  • Comfortable interviewing subject matter experts and transforming complex ideas into compelling stories.
  • Experience working with content management systems and AI-assisted writing tools is desirable.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines.
