Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer

Contract | Outside IR35 | Competitive Day Rate

We're recruiting a Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer for a major UK power plant programme in Bedfordshire.

You'll lead the electrical commissioning of a new-build power plant, managing site activities from pre-commissioning through energisation, first fire, synchronisation, and handover.

Requirements:

  • Proven Lead Electrical Commissioning experience on energy projects
  • Strong HV/LV commissioning knowledge
  • Experience with generators, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems
  • Ability to lead commissioning teams and manage contractors
