Lead Employment Lawyer – Senior Associate / Partner
Ready to lead and build a growing Employment practice?
A highly regarded regional law firm is looking for an ambitious senior Employment lawyer to take the lead on the next stage of growth of its Employment team.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity. You'll inherit a strong flow of quality work, lead a small but growing team, and have the opportunity to shape the future direction of the practice. Whether you're a Senior Associate looking for a clear route to progression or an existing Partner seeking the right platform, this role offers the scope to make a real impact.

Role Details
The role offers a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including Employment Tribunal matters. Advocacy experience would be a bonus, but it is not a requirement.
