Lead Endoscopy Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Endoscopy Nurse to join an innovative team at UHD. We have a dedicated newly built CDC unit opening in July 2026 to facilitate a Hub and spoke model of care for our patients. We also provide wider expertise and support to the Dorset Network. The role will include working across the acute and elective pathways and providing that expertise and leadership.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate nurse who has a proven track record of leadership and change management that delivers exceptional standards of patient care. You will be an expert practitioner responsible for clinical leadership, operational management and strategic development of the Endoscopy services working closely alongside the senior leadership team.

The post holder will play a key role in improving clinical outcomes and enhancing the role of nurse led services and working towards an integrated approach to care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
