Job Description Summary
Responsible for leading global proposals within the Asset Management team, coordinating commercial and technical inputs to develop competitive, compliant, and high-quality offers aligned with customer needs and business growth objectives.
Preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of Asset Management proposals, including bid strategy, proposal planning, coordination of contributors, and timely submission of high-quality tender documentation.
- Work closely with commercial, technical, product, and regional teams to define winning solutions, ensure compliance with customer requirements, and deliver proposals that create shareholder value.
- Drive competitive positioning, pricing alignment, risk assessment, and proposal governance for Asset Management opportunities across global markets.
- Apply strong analytical thinking and commercial judgment to evaluate customer needs, tailor proposals, and support decision-making throughout the bid lifecycle.
- Act as a key point of contact for proposal development within the Asset Management team, supporting continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and best practices while mentoring less experienced colleagues when needed.

Required Qualifications
- This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Proposals.
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience), Bachelor's degree with experience. 8 to 12 years.
- Experience in Sales, Proposals, Bid Management, or Commercial Operations.
- Proven experience in end-to-end proposal and tender management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
