Role Overview
As a Lead member of the team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to drive the design, implementation and optimisation of our technology solutions and platforms. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of Salesforce, excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering results. You will be comfortable collaborating with key stakeholders and drive innovation to support our business objectives.

Location: Leeds/West Yorkshire
Salary: £70,618 to £78,000
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and support execution of Salesforce strategy and roadmaps aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Mentor team members, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster growth and excellence.
- Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritise initiatives and drive alignment between technology and business needs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Lead technology projects and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality adherence.
- Oversee the implementation and enforce policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the security, compliance, and integrity of technology systems and data.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of technical documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners to drive collaboration and value delivery.

Qualifications & Skills
- Salesforce Financial Cloud experience including time in a leadership or lead role.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in designing, implementing and managing enterprise-level technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Proven leadership, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at most levels of the organisation.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
