Lead Enterprise Implementation Specialist / Project Manager
An exciting opportunity for a Senior or Lead Enterprise Implementation Specialist to join a market-leading, disruptive AI software company, delivering complex SaaS implementations to global enterprise customers.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on leading end-to-end implementations for some of the organisation's most strategic accounts. You will work closely with Solutions, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and long-term value realisation across large-scale enterprise environments.
This role offers the opportunity to operate at a senior level within a fast-growing AI company, with scope to mentor existing teams and potentially build out a dedicated enterprise implementation function.
Location: London (Cambridge or New York also considered) – 3 days per week on site after probation

Requirements for Lead Enterprise Implementation Specialist / Project Manager: 10+ years' experience delivering large-scale SaaS implementations within large enterprise environments (no juniors) Proven track record of leading complex, end-to-end implementation projects for strategic customers Strong understanding of AI, including the ability to write effective prompts for AI tools Legal tech experience, or a background in law (e.g. qualified lawyer or paralegal) who has since transitioned into the technology sector Strong academic credentials: 2.1 or above from a leading institution, with at least AAB at A-level Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Solutions, and Support teams Ability to manage multiple enterprise engagements simultaneously Commercial awareness with an understanding of customer success, retention, and expansion Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities for Lead Enterprise Implementation Specialist / Project Manager: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for strategic enterprise customers Act as the primary point of ownership from onboarding through to successful go-live Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Support, Solutions, Engineering, and Product, to deliver effective solutions Identify and mitigate implementation risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery Provide strategic guidance to customers to maximise platform adoption and value, including best-practice guidance on AI usage and prompt writing Mentor existing team members and contribute to the development of best practice implementation frameworks Support the potential build-out of a dedicated enterprise implementation function as the business scales
