Lead Expert Witness – Pivotal Role in Neuro & Mental Healthcare

ACG’s Expert Witness Division has expanded, creating a leadership opportunity for a Lead Expert Witness—shaping the future direction, reputation, and growth of the service.
What You’ll Be Working As
Working hours:
- Typically Monday to Friday (adaptable on request).
- 37.5 hours per week preferred (or a minimum of 3 days per week).
- Remote-based, but requires travel for client engagements and management meetings.

Relationship to ACG: You’ll be a full-time employee within the company, working alongside ambitious, like-minded professionals.
Essential Requirements
To succeed in this pivotal Lead Expert Witness role, you’ll need:
- Extensive experience as an Expert Witness.
- Full UK licencing (e.g., professional DBS check).
- clincal qualifications in:
- Social Worker
- Nurse
- Occupational Therapist
- Physiotherapist
- Speech & Language Therapist
- Psychologist
- Full, unrestricted UK driving licence.
- Exceptional organisational skills (+ time management, delegate efficiently for deadlines).
- Technical adaptability (rapid system learning, IT literacy).
- Strong problem-solving (including resolution of volatile situations).
- Mastery of report writing with high standards of clarity and accuracy.
- Outstanding verbal/written communication for collaboration (team & client-facing).
- Protected, collaborative leadership style with:
- Ability to work independently and inspire a team.
- Build quick rapport to facilitate therapeutic settings.
