We're looking for a Lead Finance Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team in a newly created role that's central to strengthening the quality, consistency, and impact of financial reporting across the business.

As Lead Finance Analyst, you'll be responsible for overseeing all scheduled reporting produced by the Finance Analyst team, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and deliver meaningful insight to support decision-making. You'll lead the development of new reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical tools, while championing process improvements that enhance efficiency and data quality.

What You Will Be Doing...

  • Supporting, coaching, and developing Finance Analysts to help them achieve their potential.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure reporting meets evolving business needs.

  • Promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
