The Role
We are looking for a Lead Finisher to join our finishing department, overseeing the delivery of high-quality finishing and spraying work across our bespoke cabinetry and interiors projects.
This role would suit an experienced Finisher or Sprayer who is ready to step into a leadership position, with a strong understanding of finishing processes and a focus on team coordination, planning, and quality control.
Working closely with the Finishing Manager and wider production teams, you will take responsibility for projects as they move through the finishing department, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, to the highest standard, and in line with project requirements.
Our projects include bespoke kitchens, dressing rooms, libraries and architectural joinery for luxury residential properties, where exceptional finish and attention to detail are critical.
If you are currently working in finishing or spraying within a bespoke furniture or interiors environment and are looking to progress into a leadership role, we would welcome hearing from you.

- Ensuring all materials and preparation requirements are in place before work begins
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying issues, capturing learning, and improving processes

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
