Lead Full Stack Engineer – “Shaping the Future of Physical Systems”

About the Role
As Lead Full Stack Engineer, you’ll blend hands-on architecture, team mentorship, and product strategy, shaping the future of a platform that bridges physical systems and data-driven innovation. Your impact will grow via:
- Technical leadership: Define core domains, solving next-generation complexity before bottlenecks arise.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Bridge the gap between engineers, designers, and product teams to build the right product, in the right way.
- Scaling high stakes: Drive efficiency, onboard devs to technical independence, and set new standards across systems.
This is not your typical "maintain or extend" gig. You will:
- Oversee monolithic-to-modular transformations while boosting team velocity.

Key Responsibilities
OWN high-impact systems: Design, build, publish scaffolding for
- Heat modelling & hydronic systems
- LiDAR-powered floor-planning (2D/3D)
- Geospatial big-data pipelines
- Offline-first PWAs with real-time sync
- Hardware integrations (Bluetooth, IoT sensors)
Lead technologically:
- Guide cross-team decisions, prioritizing clarity > micromanagement.
- Architecture advisory for teams, steering away from technical debt.
- Proactively scale by mitigating leaks in design, data, or execution before activation.
- Write reference-grade code that others can extend safely.
