Lead Full Stack Engineer

Lead Full Stack Engineer Connecting Financial Data Across Global Markets

About the Role

Step into a technical leadership role where your vision drives the future of connected financial data across global markets.

Join our Distribution department, influencing the architectural direction of platforms used by Asset Managers, Distributors, and Financial Advisors. Your work will revolve around modern cloud-native technologies, innovative engineering, and improving how financial data is exchanged, analysed, and delivered.

In this autonomous, cloud-first environment, you’ll grow your technical authority, mentor a skilled engineering team, and architect solutions that power high-scale data workflows—shaping the industry while optimising performance and scalability.

📍 Fully remote role with options to be based in the UK, France, or Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the technical architecture and engineering roadmap for systems supporting fee distribution, rebate calculation, and transactional data workflows.
  • Guiding and mentoring developers while promoting strong engineering standards across backend, frontend, storage, and cloud components.
  • Directly contributing to critical codebase areas, focusing on secure, high-quality, and scalable solutions.
  • Driving cloud-native, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices to ensure observability, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with Product, QA, UX, and cross-functional engineering teams to align technical design with business objectives.
  • Overseeing system performance, production stability, and continuous improvements through testing, documentation, and incident reviews.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
