We're working with a leading organisation in the South West known for its innovative software solutions. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

The Role

  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams to success.
  • Ensure the scalability and security of software architectures.
  • Advocate for and implement robust software development methodologies such as Agile, TDD, and DevOps.
  • Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

What You'll Need

  • Extensive experience in full-stack software engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Microservices.
  • Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python and JavaScript.
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven ability to manage and lead engineering teams.
