The Role
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to success.
- Ensure the scalability and security of software architectures.
- Advocate for and implement robust software development methodologies such as Agile, TDD, and DevOps.
- Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

What You'll Need
- Extensive experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Microservices.
- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python and JavaScript.
- Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to manage and lead engineering teams.
