We are building a high-performing technology team that will partner closely with the business to deliver best-of-breed capability across Dynamics 365, the Power Platform and emerging technologies.

We are hiring a Lead Functional Consultant /D365 CE Business Analyst to help shape how Safetykleen develops, improves and gets the very best from its Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.
This is a proactive, business-facing role that goes beyond traditional BA scope - you'll bring genuine functional expertise to the table, not just requirements-gathering. You will act as a true business partner, working in the interest of the business to ensure the platform serves real commercial and operational needs. You'll sit close to stakeholders, end users, super users, technology teams and D365 partners, turning business challenges into clear requirements, practical solutions and better ways of working - while working alongside the Solution Architect and Platform Director to help shape the product itself around what the business actually needs.
You will support improvements across Sales (our strongest area of focus), Field Service and Customer Service, helping the business optimise processes, improve adoption and use the platform in a smarter, more consistent and scalable way.

What You'll Be Doing
- Act as a business partner and key link between business stakeholders, end users, super users, technology teams and external D365 partners.
- Work alongside the Solution Architect and Platform Director to help shape the platform roadmap around genuine business needs.
- Gather, challenge and document requirements - bringing functional expertise to shape solutions, not just capture them.
- Support improvements across Dynamics 365 CE, with particular depth in Sales, plus Field Service and Customer Service capability.
- Translate process gaps, user feedback and business pain points into practical system and process improvements.
- Support UAT, user groups and feedback forums to shape enhancements and improve adoption.
- Work with third-party partners and vendors to maintain, improve and enhance service delivery.
- Provide functional support to business users and colleagues across the Technology team.
- Produce user stories, process guidance, knowledge articles and best-practice documentation.
- Analyse trends in system issues to identify root causes, reduce repeat problems and improve the user experience.
- Support incident, problem and change management activity within an ITIL environment.
- Contribute to global project delivery and wider technology transformation.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a credible, commercially minded Lead Functional Consultant/Business analyst with strong CRM / D365 CE functional expertise and the confidence to operate as a genuine business partner across business and technology teams.

You will bring:
- Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, with particular strength in Sales, and solid experience across Field Service and/or Customer Service.
- Strong Business Analyst and functional consulting experience within CRM, business applications or technology transformation.
- Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and actively shaping solution design.
- Good understanding of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- A genuine business-partner mindset - confident working with stakeholders, super users, technical teams and third-party partners, and comfortable challenging and advising in the business's interest.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- A practical process improvement mindset and the judgement to challenge where something could work better.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting UAT, adoption, change activity and system improvements.
- English language skills are required; another Western European language would be an advantage.
- D365 CE certifications would be beneficial, but practical experience, ownership and delivery mindset are what matter most.
- Experience with Sales Copilot or other AI-driven CE capabilities is a strong advantage.
