Love chatting to people and helping customers make their homes even better? If you’re a confident communicator who enjoys a lively, target-driven environment, this could be the perfect next step for you.

We’re looking for friendly, motivated Outbound Call Centre Agents to join our brilliant National Contact Centre Team. This is a hybrid role, so you’ll get the flexibility of working from home as well as spending time with the team in the office.

  • Creating quality leads for our sales team to follow up
  • Working towards targets—and celebrating when you smash them!

Who We’d Love To Hear From

  • Experience in a call centre, sales or lead generation role would be great—but it’s not essential
  • A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships
  • Motivated, resilient and ready to go after goals
  • Comfortable using CRM systems—or keen to learn
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for great customer service

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
