Company Overview
ZutaCore is a leader in waterless, direct-to-chip liquid cooling solutions for AI and high-performance computing workloads. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Sales Operations, the Lead Generation & Events Manager will play a critical role in designing and executing high-impact lead generation strategies, with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and event execution.
What'll you do?
ABM & Demand Generation
- Build and execute ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts (Financial Services, NeoClouds, AI, Telco, Research)
- Partner with Sales on ICP, account selection, and engagement strategy
- Run multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, content)
- Develop personalized messaging with Product Marketing

Events & Field Marketing
- Own ZutaCore’s presence at key industry events and conferences
- Ensure events generate pipeline (not just awareness)
- Manage logistics, vendors, and execution
- Drive pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up with Sales
Performance & Optimization
- Track pipeline impact, conversion rates, and event ROI
- Optimize campaigns, funnels, and lead management with Marketing Ops
What Success Looks Like?
- Pipeline generated from target accounts
- High-performing ABM programs
- Events driving qualified meetings and opportunities
- Strong Marketing–Sales alignment
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation / ABM
- Experience in the data center, colocation, or cloud infrastructure industry
- Proven pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles
- Strong event marketing experience
- HubSpot/Salesforce and digital channels (LinkedIn, email, webinars)
- Analytical, hands-on, and collaborative
