Lead Generation Executive
Sales & Marketing Operations Lead – Generating Windmill Growth
Location: Dummer, Basingstoke Salary: £21,000 – £25,000 per annum
About the Role
You’ll play a critical role in driving company growth by uplifting lead generation for both new and existing customers. Your work will directly contribute to expanding sales by designing and executing successful lead generation strategies across marketing, operations, and sales. You’ll collaborate with senior teams to maximise lead quality, optimise conversion rates, and enhance profitability.
Windmill W vicinity is to lead a dynamic shift in how we generate and nurture leads—partnership across sales, marketing, and operations will be key.
Key Responsibilities

CRM & HubSpot Mastery
- Ensure HubSpot software is fully utilised as a Sales & Marketing system.
- Capture actionable insights to drive conversion rate improvements.

Automation & Efficiency
- Develop, streamline, and enhance automated workflows and sequences.
- Enable sales team efficiency via process optimisation.

Lead Generation Strategy
- Action lead generation campaigns across channels including product, verticals, events, and data.
- Continuously analyse and improve strategy to align with company goals.

Sales Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with sales professionals to meet lead quality and quantity targets.
- Liaise between Marketing, Sales, and senior stakeholder teams.

Data-Driven Execution
- Analyse performance trends, lead quality scores, and ROI metrics.
- Segment databases for precision targeting with lead scoring tools.

Reporting & Transparency
- Develop dashboards and reports for Senior Management Team.
- Track performance vs goals, and communicate clear KPIs to stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Quality Assurance
- Design processes to maintain high data quality.
- Afford support in campaign execution across multi-channels.
Essential Requirements
- Technical Skills:
- Proven ability in data analysis and CRM tools (HubSpot proficiency essential).
- Advanced Excel expertise (long-form analyses, automation).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of driving success.
- Attitude:
- Empowerment & collaboration across teams.
