About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to join our fast-growing Energy Team under Becky Barton (Sales Supervisor) and support a broader team. This office-based role (Clarendon Dock, Belfast) plays a pivotal role in customer engagement, lead generation, and scaling new business.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Inbound/Outbound Prospecting: Contact existing Radius customers to identify new energy opportunities and cross-sell relevant solutions.
  • Qualified Lead Generation: Prospect new leads via outbound campaigns, customer engagements, and division-wide referrals.
  • Lead Re-Engagement: Activate prospects from past marketing campaigns, enquiries, and dormant sales opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, track, and nurture an efficient sales pipeline, advancing opportunities with the Energy Sales team.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work seamlessly with Energy Sales Executives throughout the customer journey—from first touchpoint to sale.
  • CRM Accuracy: Maintain precise records of interactions, pipeline activity, and sales leads in our CRM.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet activity, pipeline, and referral targets, prioritising team-wide success.
