Lead Generation Executive – Energy Team (Based in Belfast)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to join our fast-growing Energy Team, reporting to Becky Barton (Sales Supervisor). Based at our Belfast office in Clarendon Dock, you’ll be a key player in the customer journey, identifying opportunities, high-value leads, and fostering impactful discussions that drive growth.
This role is 100% office-based (5 days per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing Radius customers to uncover new energy business opportunities and upsell tailored energy solutions
- Generate qualified sales leads via:
- Outbound prospecting
- Customer engagement strategies
- Divisonal referrals
- Re-engage dormant prospects from past marketing campaigns, enquiries, or inactive opportunities
- Build, maintain, and nurture a strong sales pipeline:
- Ensure opportunities progress efficiently toward the Energy Sales team
- Closely collaborate with Energy Sales Executives to facilitate a seamless customer experience
- Accurately log all customer interactions, pipeline activity, and opportunities in the CRM system
- Meet individual targets for activity, pipeline growth, and referrals while contributing to team-wide success
