Lead Generation Executive (Must be within a 20 mile commute to Rugby)
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify and engage potential customers for our products/services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching prospects, generating qualified leads, maintaining accurate customer data, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth objectives. Working mainly from home with weekly visits to office in Rugby and occasional travel to visit clients across the UK.

Duties Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, social media, and other sources. Generate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Identify and qualify sales opportunities within offices, hospitality, retail, leisure, and foodservice sectors. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to introduce company products or services. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team. Update and manage lead information in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies. Track and report lead generation activities and results. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and communications. Proactively contact potential new customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns. Work closely with sales team to achieve sales targets.

Skills Previous experience in telesales, internal sales, business development, or customer service would be an advantage Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident making outbound calls and prospecting new business Target-driven with a positive and resilient attitude Self motivated with good organisational and time management skills Experience using CRM systems preferred Knowledge or interest in coffee and or tech Ability to work independently and as part of a team
