Lead Generation Executive
Sales Operations & Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Dummer, Basingstoke
Salary: £21,000 – £25,000
You will play a critical role in driving company growth by supporting the generation of new leads for both new and existing customers, ultimately contributing to the sale of new products and services. Your responsibilities will include designing, executing, and optimising lead generation strategies across marketing, operations, and sales channels. You will also support sales activity, enhance lead quality, optimise conversion rates, and contribute to the profitability of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage HubSpot to maximise its potential as both a marketing and sales tool, ensuring all features—such as workflow automation, sequences, and conversion insights—are fully exploited.
- Improve automated processes (workflows and sequences) to boost sales team efficiency.
- Develop, refine, and execute lead generation strategies, ensuring they align with company goals while maximising effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and quantity meet business requirements.
- Support lead generation efforts for both new business and existing customers.
- Assist in delivering multi-channel campaigns, focusing on products, industry verticals, events, and data-driven outreach.
- Improve and maintain data quality, supporting dashboard creation and reporting to provide actionable insights.
- Analyse data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimise lead generation efforts.
- Liaise between marketing and sales teams to enhance sales output and productivity.
- Utilise lead scoring techniques to segment databases effectively for outreach.
- Set and monitor performance goals, track ROI, and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and present reporting dashboards for the Senior Management Team.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong data analysis capabilities to derive actionable insights from business metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and familiarity with sales operations frameworks.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, functions, and data modelling.
- Excellent communication skills—able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management experience to align teams towards common goals.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Motivated and driven to achieve ambitious targets.
