📍 Kent / London (Hybrid – 2 Days in Office) 💷 Up to £35,000 + Annual Bonus 💼 Full-time | Lead Generation, Campaign Delivery & Client Success

Join a growing B2B media and events business and take on a key role in delivering high-quality lead generation solutions across diverse client portfolios.

This is a position for someone who understands that lead generation success is not just about output—it revolves around quality leads, robust campaign management, and driving measurable commercial results for clients.

Ideal for professionals with experience in areas like lead generation, campaign management, customer success, account management, or project delivery—especially within B2B environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of lead generation campaigns, from initial briefing to final delivery
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless, successful outcomes
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and data partners to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and delivery against KPIs, identifying inefficiencies
  • Oversee timelines, reporting, and client communications, ensuring transparency and service excellence
  • Strengthen client retention through exceptional service delivery and buyer engagement
  • Continuously optimise campaign performance and operational processes
  • Maintain accurate records and analytics across CRM systems
  • Contribute to operational improvements across campaign-centric workflows

About You

The role demands candidates with:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, campaign management, customer success, account management, or project coordination
  • Strong organisational and project management—especially in high-volume, multi-client environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, balancing data-driven insights with client relationships
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills, comfortable navigating real-time metrics
  • CRM experience and comfort with campaign reporting tools
  • Experience in B2B media, publishing, marketing services, or related sectors considered a plus
