WE'RE HIRING: LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
Remote | Commission Based | 5% Commission
Speak10XBetter is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help fuel our sales pipeline by consistently identifying and sourcing qualified prospects for our sales team.
This is not a data entry role.
This is not a "collect random leads" role.
We are looking for someone who understands how to find the right people, organize them properly, qualify those leads and create opportunities for our Appointment Setters and Closers.
If you enjoy research, prospecting, audience targeting, lead qualification and building quality lead lists, we'd like to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify qualified prospects
- Build and maintain lead lists
- Source accurate contact information
- Organize and update lead databases
- Run prospect outreach, cold dms, cold emails, etc.
- Work closely with the Appointment Setters and Closers
- Maintain clean records within our systems
- Contribute to a predictable and scalable lead generation & qualification process

IDEAL CANDIDATE
You:
- Have at least 1 year of lead generation experience
- Understand prospecting and lead qualification
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can work independently
- Understand the difference between Lead quantity and quality
- Are comfortable using modern prospecting tools
- Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, HubSpot, or similar tools is an advantage.
COMPENSATION
This role is commission-based.
You will earn:
5% commission on every closed deal generated from leads you sourced that successfully convert into paying clients.
Our coaching programs are valued at $1,200, $2500, $6500 & $10,000, creating meaningful earning potential for the right person.

IMPORTANT
We are not looking for someone who simply generates names.
We are looking for someone who can consistently research prospects, find qualified opportunities, run outreaches and contribute directly to revenue growth.
