Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will support the sales pipeline by researching prospects, generating leads, and engaging with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online channels, databases, and social platforms
- Generate qualified leads through email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods
- Build and maintain lead databases and update CRM systems regularly
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business requirements
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Track outreach performance, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow-ups
- Support campaign execution and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, or inside sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Hunter.io
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-up schedules
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, digital marketing, recruitment, fintech, or IT services
- Knowledge of email marketing and outbound sales strategies
- Familiarity with lead scoring and pipeline management
- Experience working with UK or international markets
- Understanding of sales KPIs and conversion metrics
