An exciting opportunity for a GP in rural West Cumbria
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a GP to join a forward-thinking Practice in rural West Cumbria, in a Salaried or Lead GP capacity. The practice is ideally looking for a full-time / 9 session GP (4 days), though can be flexible on the days of work.
About the Practice
The Practice is a hub and spoke Training Practice and will occasionally have Trainees onsite, though would ideally like an incoming GP to be willing to become a Trainer. They also employ a diverse MDT including an ANP, Paramedic, and Practice Nurses. The workload is kept as reasonable as possible with 15-minute appointments, seeing 30 patients per day.
Role of Lead GP
The role of Lead GP is available, with a sessional rate of over £13,000 per session. Incentives are possibly available on top of this as a joining bonus, too. You could also work 9 sessions over 4 days too, meaning a salary of over £117,000 for 4 days.

Your Role
- Up to 9 sessions per week – Flexible on days

Requirements
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
