Lead Graphic Designer
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you won’t just be executing layouts, you will be working with the Visual Content Manager and wider team to drive visual strategy across a massive digital and physical footprint. From high-converting web design and intuitive UX journeys to cutting-edge AI-assisted workflows and traditional print, you will be bridging the gap between beautiful aesthetics and seamless user experiences.
This is a fast-paced, hybrid role designed for a multi-disciplinary creator who thrives on managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will play a pivotal role in advancing our visual identity across social platforms, website design, emails, major marketing campaigns, and product design. Net World Sports is home to over 15,000 products across our household brands, including FORZA and VERMONT, and you will be a key player in scaling and evolving these brands daily.
What You'll Do
- Leading From the Front: Lead a team to develop new AI workflows, develop brand ownership and management whilst creating strong relationships with key stakeholders of the business.
- Brand Stewardship: Create, elevate, and deliver consistent, high-impact designs across various global brands and diverse markets.
- Creative Problem Solving: Translate complex briefs from the product, marketing, and wider business teams into strategic, user-centric visual solutions.
- UX Optimisation: Collaborate on web and digital product layouts, ensuring designs are not only visually stunning but optimised for user flow, conversion, and accessibility.
- Workflow Innovation: Lead the integration of generative AI tools into the design process to optimise workflows, scale asset production, and pioneer new creative concepts.
- Project Management: Seamlessly manage and prioritise multiple high-priority projects simultaneously from concept to final output.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Articulate design decisions and present creative concepts effectively to stakeholders and the wider business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
