About the Role
As Lead Graphic Designer, you’ll be the visual engine behind Ultralytics’ storytelling—translating complex vision AI into human, inspiring, and bold design.
You’ll:
- Own high-impact marketing and event assets, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our craft and speed.
- Lead end-to-end creative production for campaigns, digital/social visuals, motion content, decks, print, and event branding.
- Partner with Growth, Product, and Creative teams to scope needs and deliver work that supports YOLO tool adoption—from GitHub to Developer Docs.
- Enforce brand consistency and systems after our upcoming brand uplift with an external agency.
This role is ideal for a fast-moving design leader who thrives with ownership and accountability in a high-energy startup environment.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
✅ End-to-End Creative Production
- Design digital campaigns, social content, and website graphics (ultralytics.com).
- Create presentations, tech-focused comms assets, and sales collateral.
- Develop sales enablement materials, branded flyers, and merchandise.
- Design event branding, booth displays, and motion graphics/short videos.

📈 Design Strategy & Leadership
- Collaborate with Product/Growth teams to prioritise creative efforts.
- Conduct competitive/en-market research to guide direction.
- Lead brand stewardship, ensuring consistency across all channels.
🤝 Quality & Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Product to ensure branding stays cohesive.
- Enforce design rigor—no deliverable goes live without accuracy and polish.
🚀 Core Requirements
🍌 Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of design experience in fast-paced AI, tech, or startup environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, marketing, events, and multi-format work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Advanced Figma skills for UI, components, and rapid iteration.
- Ability to create motion and short-form video content.
- Hands-on with AI tools (e.g., ComfyUI, Midjourney) while applying ethical standards in pipelines.
- Fluent in simplifying complex AI concepts (e.g., YOLO workflows) into visuals.
- Exceptional time management, multitasking, and execution speed.
- Proactive, feedback-integrative, and highly adaptable under tight deadlines.
🔹 Nice-to-Haves
- Developer/tech brand experience (e.g., GitHub-centric design).
- Technical content design experience (Docs, tutorials).
- Familiarity with 3D tools (Blender, C4D) for product/event visuals.
- Community-focused design (forters, forums).
